"UNGRATITUDE, BETRAYL, INJUSTICE, DISLOYALTY! HOW CAN WE ACT TOWARDS THIS PAIN?

"UNGRATITUDE, BETRAYL, INJUSTICE, DISLOYALTY! HOW CAN WE
ACT TOWARDS THIS PAIN?

“UNGRATITUDE, BETRAYAL"

“If an enemy were insulting me,  I could endure it; if a foe were rising against me,  I could hide. 13 But it is you, a man like myself,  my companion, my close friend, 14 with whom I once enjoyed sweet fellowship     at the house of God, as we walked about   among the worshiper" (Psalms 55:12-14).
Somebody wisely said the following: ...  The heart of the ungrateful has no memory, therefore it forgets very swiftly how all started..."
This statement has greatly drawn my attention. Especially because it is a great truth!
FOR THE BIBLE WARNS US:
"People will be LOVERS OF THEMSELVES, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, UNGRATEFUL, unholy, (2 Timothy 3:2).

Unfortunately it is true! This becomes more evident as time goes by.
Ungratitude is the work  of the flesh. It is the root of SELFISHNESS!
IT IS A FACT: EVERY UNGRATEFUL PERSON IS SELFISH, AND VICE VERSA... The selfish person (ungratiful person), on behalf of his or her own dreams, goals and aspirations, despises and forgets everyone who helped him or her to get there by investing in her or his development.
There are children who, after graduating and becoming successful in their professional career despise and feel ashamed of their parents due to their simplicity, they forget that their parents sacrificed a lot to pay their way during thjeir school years. And also people who returned to school because of the sacrifice of a spouse, and even before graduating they separated and found somebody else in college, and when they were confronted they answered: "But I have the right to be happy"  Ah, I am just pursuing my dream...".  I've even heard: "Ah I want to divorce because I can't talk to my wife anymore in the same level, because now I am an educated person and she can't following my thinking nor understand what I say,  there's no way for us to talk any longer. ..) Yet some sheep, workers, leaders that ... Well, it'd be better not even to mention, I wouldn't have space here to mention all of the things I've already heard. LOL... Because there are many "SAD TESTEMONIES" that reflect ungratitude that we see, even in the churches... As Mike Murdock says: "UNGRATITUDE IS TO FIND OUT (HAVE THE FEELING) THAT WE HAVE INVESTED IN THE WRONG PERSON!...
Unfortunetely, this is a feeling that every pastor faces, has already faced or will face sometime; (not to mention many times) in his ministry. The sensation of having made all the effort in vain. See what the apostle Paul has said:

"I fear for you, that somehow I have wasted my efforts on you."  (Gal 4:11).

"so that you may become blameless and pure, “children of God without fault in a warped and crooked generation.”[a] Then you will shine among them like stars in the sky 16 as you hold firmly to the word of life. And then I will be able to boast on the day of Christ that I did not run or labor in vain. (Philipians 2:15-16).

"For this reason, when I could stand it no longer, I sent to find out about your faith. I was afraid that in some way the tempter had tempted you and that our labors might have been in vain.". (1 Thessalonians 3:5).

NOR EVEN THE MASTER LOSD JESUS CHRIST; WAS SPARED FROM SUFFERING UNGRATITUDE, DESPISE AND BETRAYAL BY THOSE HE SERVED AND BLESSED. SEE THAT:

•         OUT OF THE TEN LEPERS WHO WERE CLEANSED, JUST ONE COMES BACK TO THANK.

“Jesus asked, “Were not all ten cleansed? Where are the other nine? 18 Has no one returned to give praise to God except this foreigner?” (Luke 17:17-18)
•          MOST OF HIS DISCIPLES LEFT HIM, DESPISING THE WORDS HE HAD TAUGHT THEM. ONLY TWELVE WERE LEFT:

From that moment on, many of his disciples turned back and quit following Him."
From this time many of his disciples turned back and no longer followed him. You do not want to leave too, do you?” Jesus asked the Twelve.  Simon Peter answered him, “Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life.   (John 6:66-68)
AS I ALWAYS SAY: If you preach the "gospel" and never nobody abandons you saying: "This speech is so hard"! What hard words! Nobody can bear with it! I'll leave this church!... I'm so sorry. It is likely that you are not preaching the genuine gosple of Jesus Christ. THE TRUE WORDS OF EVERLASTING LIFE".

•         YET OUT OF THE TWELVE THAT WERE LEFT ONE WAS A DEVIL (A TRAITOR)

Then Jesus replied, “Have I not chosen you, the Twelve? Yet one of you is a devil!” 71 (He meant Judas, the son of Simon Iscariot, who, though one of the Twelve, was later to betray him.) (John  6:70-71).

“but Jesus asked him, “Judas, are you betraying the Son of Man with a kiss?... (Luke 22:48)

•         PETER, ONE OF THE REMAINING, DENIED HIM THREE TIMES. EVEN AFTER PROMISING HIM LOYALTY TILL DEATH:

“But Peter declared, “Even if I have to die with you, I will never disown you.” And all the other disciples said the same."  (Mathew 26:35).

... Immediately the rooster crowed the second time.[a] Then Peter remembered the word Jesus had spoken to him: “Before the rooster crows twice[b] you will disown me three times.” And he broke down and wept.. (Mark 14:72)

•          ALL OF THE OTHERS WHO HAD ALSO PROMISED HIM LOYALTY, ABANDONED HIM IN THE MOST DIFFICULT MOMENT OF HIS LIFE.

“But this has all taken place that the writings of the prophets might be fulfilled.” Then all the disciples deserted him and fled.. (Mathew 26:56).

•        THE SAME PEOPLE HE HEALED, SET FREE, BLESSED: THE SAME PEOPLE WHO CELEBRATED HIS TRIUMPHAL  ENTRANCE  IN JERUSALEM, ON ANOTHER DAY LET THEMSELVES BE MANIPULATED BY THE RELIGIOUS PEOPLE, AND SHOUTED: "CRUCIFY HIM" !

“They took palm branches and went out to meet him, shouting, “Hosanna![a]”“Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!”[b]“Blessed is the king of Israel!” (John 12:13).
So when the crowd had gathered, Pilate asked them, “Which one do you want me to release to you: Jesus Barabbas, or Jesus who is called the Messiah?” " (Mathew 27:17)
But the chief priests and the elders persuaded the crowd to ask for Barabbas and to have Jesus executed. (Mathew 27:20)
... But the whole crowd shouted, “Away with this man! Release Barabbas to us!” " (Luke 23:18)
•         AS IT IS WRITTEN ABOUT HIM, HE WAS REJECTED BY HIS OWN PEOPLE:
“ He came to that which was his own, but his own did not receive him.”. (John 1:11)
Yet even suffering all this ungratitude, Jesus left the example of what to do when we suffer some kind of injustice.
“Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.”[a] And they divided up his clothes by casting lots..(Luke 23:34)

“But love your enemies, do good to them, and lend to them without expecting to get anything back. Then your reward will be great, and you will be children of the Most High, because he is kind to the ungrateful and wicked.”. Luke 6:35

THIS IS WORD OF EVERLASTING LIFE!
Even if it sounds "hard talk"! For our flesh and our soul! The commandment is to forgive always! And never repay evil with evil.

“Make sure that nobody pays back wrong for wrong, but always strive to do what is good for each other and for everyone else.”. (1 Thessalonians  5:15)

FOR REVENGE  DOES NOT  BELONG TO US. IT BELONGS TO GOD ! HE IS FAITHFUL AND JUST  TO GIVE EACH ONE THE HARVEST OF WHAT WAS PLANTED!

“Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,”[a] says the Lord. (Romans 12:19)
“Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. (Galatians 6:7).

Knowing this. We must persevere strong in the work the Lord has called us to do. Doing all to God. Waiting always on Him and not on men. We'll certainly reap the fruit of our work. For our labor in the Lord is not in vain.   “Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.”. (1 Corinthians 15:58)

REMEMBER: Guard your heart from self-righteousness. Clothe yourself with the vest of righteousness of God. Don't let yourself get hurt by the injustice, ungratitude and human betrayals. Never forget that our fight is  against  neither flesh(meaning human beings) nor blood (meaning family members, relatives), these are our true enemies

“For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.”. (Ephesians 6:12).

THEREFORE, BE CAREFUL, THE DEVIL IS ASTUTE, BE CAREFUL!!! THE DEVIL IS ASTUTE, AND KNOWS VERY WELL WHO HE CAN USE IN ORDER TO HURT YOU MOST DEEPLY!

Sometimes, when he manages to do so, unfortunately, he can use even the closest people to us, those we most love and trust, those in whom we have mostly invested and dedicated ourselves to,  He knows, that if someone who is not close to you (someone out of your relationships) rises against you, afronting or accusing you falsely, it is not going to hurt so much, you would easily overcome. However, if someone really close to you , someone you trust, betrays you, the pain will be much stronger. You may even be innerly hurt. (for whoever casts stones from afar not always gets the target. But whoever casts stones from near may get it really well, where the pain is worse. Because of the living and intimacy, he or she knows your weaknesses and fears). I mean, the devil's goal is to hurt us in such a way that our hearts will be troubled, full of grudge, resentment, traumas and even roots of bitterness, which once are born in our hearts, keep us from receiving the grace, consume us, even kill us spiritually by affecting, blocking and thus contaminating, our lives, health and ministry. Leaving us in the hands of torturing demons. If, we cannot rise above it, release forgiveness, to our offenders, debtors.

“In anger his master handed him over to the jailers to be tortured, until he should pay back all he owed. This is how my heavenly Father will treat each of you unless you forgive your brother or sister from your heart.” (Mathewus 18:34-35).

THEREFORE, WATCH OUT! DON'T FALL INTO THE DEVIL'S TRAP!
DON'T BE ALARMED! DON'T LET THE BITTERNESS GET

However, never stop loving, trusting and relating yourself to others because of the fear of suffering betrayals, deceptions in your life. Neither stay away nor reject people because of this. For God is faithful to keep our heart and help us to overcome, as many times as it is necessary, the confrontations and deceptions we have to face.

AS I ALWAYS SAY:...”ALOVE PEOPLE ALL THE TIME, AND EXPECT THE BEST FROM THEM! BUT, ALWAYS BE PREPARED FOR THE WORST"! (PREPARED TO FORGIVE, TO MAKE IT UP, TO MEND FENCES, RESTORE RELATIONSHIPS AND INVEST IN GOOD LIVING
Because people fail, as we do too. Nobody is free from failing. Nobody came from heaven. We are all seeking to get there! The only one who came from heaven is JESUS! ONLY HE CAME AND RETURNED THERE! Alleluia.
Trust Him! Wait for your reward in Him! HE will never fail!
Lay all your expectations in God, and not in men! And certainly you will never be upset!!!
E AND NEVER EVER FORGET THAT GOD HAS CALLED YOU FOR ACTION! AND NOT FOR REACTION! (AAct upon the word of God, obeying what it says. Never, REact according to the circumstances). Act upon the word of God, regardless of the circumstances demands the manifestation the fruit of the spirit; it is normal of the the spiritual man born again, born of God, who brings with him the divine nature.
React to the circumstances led (dominated) by feelings, emotions,  and desires of the flesh, is normal of the carnal nature, that's with those who lack self-control (fruit of the spirit which enables us to act in obedience to the word of God, even when our flesh and our soul want the contrary so much). This (to have self-control), makes the difference in our life. Because it helps us to mortify our carnal nature killing it on the cross. Then, it will no longer dominate us! And it will not REact to the temptations! BECAUSE THE DEAD CAN'T REACT! If the devil is STILL getting our CARNAL reaction, his temptations, it is because we are not killing our carnal nature EVERY day, as the bible tells us to do.

“In the same way, consider yourselves dead to sin but alive to God in Christ Jesus. (Romans 6:11).
“By no means! We are those who have died to sin, how can we live in it any longer? (Romans 6:2)

IN ORDER TO UNDERSTAND IT BETTER, MEDITATE ON THIS VERY INTERESTING ILLUSTRATION, WHICH A FRIEND OF MINE HAS POSTED ON HIS FACEBOOK:

... A monk and his disciples were going on a road, and while they were passing by  a  bridge, they saw a scorpion being dragged by the water. The monk ran along the river, entered in the water and took the scorpion. When he brought the scorpion, it stang him, and becasue of the pain, the man dropped it in the river. Then he returned to the shore, took a bow of a tree, rushed again alongside the river, took the scorpion and saved it. Then he went back to reunite with his disciples on the road.   They had seen what happened and received him back perplexed and guilty. - Master, you might be very sick! Because you went to save this hideous and venonous thing? Why didn't you let it drown? It would mean one less! See how it responded to your help, it stang the hand that was about to save it ! It did not deserve your compassion!
The monk heard it quietly and answered: Each one responds according to his nature. It responded according to its nature, and I responded according to mine!
In these moments, IF you feel that "you have been stung" (a betrayal), there's only one thing to do. LOOF FOR THE ANTIDOTE, THE WORD OF GOD! Act upon it, so you can be healed. Just if the word of God flows, working in us through the Holy Spirit can destroy the venom of hatred, grudge, resentment, frustration, deception, etc...which were caused by the pain of a betrayal. As we have seen above, the goal of the devil with this, (if he can) is to hurt us until we die.  But God is faithful. And He will never leave or forsake us. He is powerful to protect us from the evil one! All we have to do is to believe in His Word and walk by faith and obedience
If you are hurt for some kind of betrayal or deception you have had, ACT UPON FAITH! SEEK HELP! THERE IS BALM!  THERE IS REMEDY! THERE IS A PHYSICIAN IN GILEAD! THE DAUGHTER OF ZION DOESN'T HAVE TO DIE! ALLELUIA!!!  (Jr 8:22).

Many are dying because they don't seek healing. MEven knowing that they are sick to the point of not being able to attend church. They say they can't believe anything else nor in anybody else. They got disappointed with somebody in the family or in the church, spouse, a leader, etc.. They have accepted the pain. They let themselves be hurt. If they don't take a decision of faith, rejecting the wounds and crying out for healing. Their end will be death. UNFORTUNATELY.....

“From the sole of your foot to the top of your head
    there is no soundness—
only wounds and welts
    and open sores,
not cleansed or bandaged
or soothed with olive "(Isaiah 1:6).

Let God heal you. Even if it hurts so much, let Him squeeze and remove all the pus from your wounds. Let Him connect whatever is loose and broken. Receive the balm, the oil of the Holy Spirit, in order to soothe all the hardness and drought from your life. IN THE NAME OF JESUS!
That's what happens when we practice the Word of God. Even in the hard moments. It brings us healing, restoration, in the spirit, soul and body.
" But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, (Mt 5:44).

" Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.. (Rm 12:21).

"Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everyone.. (Romans 12:17).

"Make sure that nobody pays back wrong for wrong, but always strive to do what is good for each other and for everyone else.. (1 Thessalonians  5: 15).

Now about us. Let us be always grateful to God and to those whom He uses in order to bless us. AND NEVER EVER, pay good with evil. So we are not judged and condemned by the Lord. God is JUST and will judge ALL injustice and ungratitude!

“Beloved, never ever seek revenge, however, leave room for God's wrath, for it is written:
"Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,”[a] says the Lord. (Romans 12:19)

“Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows.”. (Galatians 6:7).

"EVIL WILL NEVER LEAVE THE HOUSE OF THE ONE WHO PAYS BACK EVIL FOR GOOD. ". (Proverbs 17:13).
THIS IS A GREAT TRUTH! SEE WHAT HAPPENED TO THE PEOPLE OF ISRAEL BECAUSE OF THE UNGRATITUDE AND MURMURING OF THE PEOPLE AGAINST GOD AND MOSES"

In  (Numbers 11. 1 to 9), The people were very ungrateful complaining and murmuring of God's provision, love and care with them and thus they were severely punished by the Lord.
The mana was the wonderful provision of God for their sustaining during the time they had to walk in the wilderness, but they despised this way of provision and preservation, and murmured against the Lord and against Moses. The very same happens today. When we are ungrateful we don't receive the blessings of God, nor even the ways and the people He uses to bless us. On the contrary, we despise and complain about everything and everybody. THIS IS  UNGRATITUDE! AND UNGRATITUDE DRAWS CURSES! (Numbers 14:33)....The ungrateful never recognises the grace and the care and the love he receives because he always believes he DESERVED MORE than what was given him. He is always discontent with those who bless and help him just as if EVERYBODY had the OBLIGATION to help and satisfy him. As we have seen, every ungrateful is EGOCENTRIC, proud, arrogant, THEY HAVE NEITHER MEMORY,  nor sense of HONOR, LOYALTY, FAITHFULNESS AND ALLIANCE.  Therefore, brethen, may we know how to keep our hearts from ungratitude and recognise and honor  God by being grateful to the people and the ways God uses to demonstrate His care to us. Let's never forget that  UNGRATITUDE and LACK OF HONOR are some of the symptoms of apostasy of the latest times. May God have mercy on us and keep us from all these things. In the name of Jesus! AMEN!.

" People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, UNGRATEFUL, unholy, (2 Timothy 3:2).
A HOLY KISS TO ALL OF YOU!
